If I ahve an agent/agency, can I stop self-submitting? Of course you can, but you shouln't. You should continue doing all the things you were doing previously for yourself.
How long do you take to decide if you want to sign a talent? We provide a 1-2 week window, but we usually let you know within a week of completing your submission to us.
Do you also have an exclusive agreement? We give you the option to choose for exclusivity or non-exclusivity.
Do I need experience and qualifications to be signed by you? No! We have a mother agency agremment option for talents who want a more long-term career plan and placements in other markets. However, this is not for everyone.
What do you look for in a talent which you want to sign? Somone who is reliabile, always ready and prepared, resilient, professional, ethical, versatile, trainabile, passion, natural talent, personal skills, focused on their health and wellness, flexible, willing to learn (MA), and able to add value to our diverse roster.
Do you charge any fees upfront? No! There is absolutely no reason to do that. We earn commission based on the work we do by booking talents for projects.
