If I have an agent/agency, can I stop self-submitting? Of course you can, but nobody will likely advise that. You should continue doing all the things you were doing previously, and more. 

How long do you take to decide if you want to sign a talent? We provide a 1-2 week window, but we usually aim to let you know within a week of completing your submission to us. 

Do you also have an exclusive agreement? We give you the option to choose for exclusivity or non-exclusivity. 

Do I need experience and qualifications to be signed by you? No! We are a mother agency, so you have the option to sign just an agency agreement for bookings or the mother agency agreement for a more long-term career plan with options for placements. However, this is not for everyone and nor is this industry. 

What do you look for in a talent which you want to sign? Somone who is reliabile, ready and prepared, resilient, professional, ethical, versatile, trainabile, passionate, naturally talented, skilled, focused on their health and wellness, flexible, willing to learn (MA), and able to add value to our diverse roster.
